This multi-course tasting menu has been chosen by Chef André Ebert to offer our guests an opportunity to enjoy a wide range of tastes in one complete dining experience. If you choose the tasting menu, we recommend that your entire party order the same so that we are able to offer you the best possible service. The Tasting Menu can be ordered with, or without, wine pairings.
